Agreement to these terms

These Terms govern your use of mayartechnologies.com (the "Site"), operated by Mayar Technologies LLC, a New York limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Paid services are separate

The Site describes our services but is not itself a contract for them. Paid work is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement signed by both parties. If that document conflicts with these Terms, it controls.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Probe, scan or test the Site's security, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Send spam, malware, or automated or excessive requests, or scrape the Site in bulk.
• Submit false information, or information about others without their permission.
• Interfere with the Site or its forms, chat or tools.

Free audit and AI features

The free audit tool and AI chat assistant are provided for general information only. Their output is generated automatically, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads or any business result. Verify important information before acting on it.

Only submit websites you own or are authorized to review. We may limit, change or discontinue free tools at any time.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, code, logos and trademarks belong to Mayar Technologies LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but may not copy, modify or resell them without written permission. Feedback you send us may be used by us without obligation to you.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAYAR TECHNOLOGIES LLC AND ITS MEMBERS AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Monroe County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Each party bears its own legal fees unless the law provides otherwise.

Changes, termination and contact

We may update these Terms and will change the "Last updated" date when we do; continued use means you accept the changes. We may suspend access to the Site at any time. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Changes to these Terms or waivers must be in writing to be effective.
