This site, mayartechnologies.com, is operated by Mayar Technologies LLC, a New York limited liability company based in Honeoye Falls, New York ("Mayar Technologies," "we," "us"). We build websites, software, AI automation and network infrastructure for businesses. We are the controller of the personal information described here.

Information we collect

You give us:

• Contact, claim and booking forms: name, email, phone number, business name, and whatever you write in your message or booking details.
• Free audit tool: your website address and email, plus the audit results generated for you.
• Newsletter: your email address. We confirm sign-ups by email (double opt-in).
• AI chat assistant: the messages you type into the chat.

Collected automatically:

• Device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, pages viewed, referring page, and on-page behavior such as clicks and scrolling.
• Session recordings and heatmaps (Microsoft Clarity) that show how visitors use pages. See our Cookie Policy.
• Security signals from our bot-protection check (Cloudflare Turnstile).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not put payment card numbers, government ID numbers, passwords or health information into forms or the chat.

How we use it

• Reply to your enquiries, schedule calls and deliver audits you request.
• Send the newsletter you opted into, and service messages about your requests.
• Answer questions through the AI chat assistant.
• Understand site usage, fix problems and improve content and design.
• Prevent spam, fraud and abuse, and keep the site secure.
• Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

Legal bases (EU and UK visitors)

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: contract (to respond to and act on your requests), consent (newsletter, and analytics where consent is required), and legitimate interests (site security, spam prevention and improving our services), balanced against your rights.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site:

Chat messages and audit inputs may be sent to the AI providers above to produce a response. Please do not include confidential information in them. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and lead records while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterward (generally up to 3 years), newsletter data until you unsubscribe, and analytics data for the period set by the analytics provider. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (including California, other US states with privacy laws, the EU and the UK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To make a request, email info@mayartechnologies.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we respond within 45 days (30 days for EU and UK requests). You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. EU and UK residents may also complain to their local data protection authority.

California: we have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the past 12 months, and do not use it to do so.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls and bot protection. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and regulators as required by law, including the New York SHIELD Act.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the US and other countries. Where required, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
